All bags and persons are subject to be searched by members of the Collinsville Aqua Park staff.  For the safety of the guests and staff of Collinsville Aqua Park, the following items will not be allowed in the park and should be thrown away or returned to the owner’s vehicle before admittance into the waterpark:

  • Toys
  •  Floaties that are not U.S. Coast Guard Approved  (pool noodles qualify as a floatie and will not be allowed in the water park; lifejackets are offered for free inside the park)
  •  Food and snacks (If for a medical reason, they can leave in their car and reenter the waterpark at any point or leave with Guest Service Manager.  Proof must be shown if medical purpose)
  •  Drinks and coolers (Factory sealed water bottles and empty reusable cups are allowed in)
  • Cigarettes or any type of Electronic Cigarette (This includes lighters, vapes, etc.)
  •  Drugs and alcohol
  •  Firearms or weapons (Conceal Carry permits cannot carry in the waterpark)
  •  Glass (this includes tempered glass goggles such as snorkel goggles)
  •  Writing utensils
  •  Other items that the Collinsville Aqua Park staff deems unsafe will not be allowed into the waterpark. 

 

  • In order to receive the residency rate you must show proof or residency.  Anyone who cannot show proof by ID, tax bill, water bill, etc. will receive the non-resident rate.  A City of Collinsville resident is someone who lives within, and pays taxes to, the City of Collinsville.
  • ALL guests under age 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 17 years of age.  Children 12 and under without an adult or guardian 17 years of age or over will not receive admittance into the park.  Proof of age is required.
  •  All guests who enter the waterpark must pay the admittance fee regardless of whether they swim or not.  
  •  REFUNDS will not be given. 
  •  If you leave the park and wish to reenter, you will need to show your wristband or receipt for that day. You will not be allowed to reenter the waterpark without this wristband or your receipt from the day.
  • Please keep your receipt while at the waterpark.  This will serve as a way to reenter and a way to receive a rain check or pass in case we close due to weather.  If you cannot furnish your receipt, we cannot issue you a rain check or pass.
