PLEASE NOTE: Entering the Aqua Park constitutes agreement and understanding of the rules listed below, the rules posted at the Aqua Park, the rules found online, and those verbally given by staff.  Failure to comply with said rules can result in immediate ejection; refusal to admit; and becoming banned from the waterpark.

  1. Firearms, knives, and any other item considered a weapon are prohibited on the premises.
  2. All bags, purses, and backpacks are subject to inspection.
  3. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 17 years old. Children must be 13 years or older to enter the waterpark without an adult.  Adults must accompany children unable to swim and children in flotation devices at all times.
  4. Collinsville Aqua Park is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises or parking lot. Lockers are available to use within the Aqua Park but locks will not be provided.  Bring your own lock or purchase one from the gift shop.
  5. All swimmers must wear a lined swimsuit at all times. Underwear, street clothes and jeans are not acceptable swimwear and will not be permitted in the water.  Thong bathing suits, swim attire with rivets, buckles, belts, metal ornaments, or any other provocative swim attire are not permitted as well.
  6. All children not toilet trained are always required to wear a swim diaper, plastic liner and a lined swimsuit in the water. Diapers must be changed in the locker rooms.
  7. Diving, running, pushing, dunking, prolonged underwater swimming and breath-holding, and horseplay are prohibited.
  8. Hanging on walls, ropes, and ladders is not permitted.
  9. Foul language, obscene gestures, and unruly behavior such as spitting, throwing objects, and being disrespectful will not be tolerated.
  10. This is a family waterpark.  No public displays of affection will be permitted.
  11. No solicitation or distribution of literature is allowed on park property
  12. Swimmers are to shower before entering the water.
  13. Smoking is prohibited inside the Aqua Park. Designated smoking areas are available outside of the gates and away from admissions.  No tobacco products, E-Cigarettes, or Vapor smoking devices are allowed inside the park.
  14. Alcohol products and drugs are prohibited.  Any person suspected of being under the influence will be removed from the premises.
  15. Only Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices are allowed in the Aqua Park. Water wings, pool noodles, inner tubes, rafts, swim toys, balls, and flotation devices other than Coast Guard approved life jackets and puddle jumpers are not allowed.
  16. Non-swimmers should be within arm’s reach of a swimming adult age 17 or older.
  17. Persons with an open wound, rash, or infectious communicable disease will not be admitted into the pool.
  18. Anyone who has experienced an upset stomach or intestinal illness within the past two weeks should not enter the water.
  19. Some of the water features have specific height requirements that are strictly enforced. Please read the posted requirements and restrictions at each feature.
  20. Guests may exit and re-enter the Aqua Park provided they have their wristband or receipt. The wristband is only valid on the day it is received.
  21. Sealed water bottles may be brought into the Aqua Park, but no other outside food or beverage is allowed except for baby formula and medically required foods. Picnic areas are available outside of the Aqua Park and a full concession stand is available inside.
  22. Food and drink are permitted in concession areas only.  Glass is not permitted.  Due to choking hazards, no chewing gum while swimming.
  23. Daily schedules of the Aqua Park may be impacted by inclement weather and/or maintenance work. Refunds will not be issued if the Aqua Park has to close unexpectedly. Rain checks not will not be given after 4 pm.
  24. NO REFUNDS.  All sales are final.
  25. For your safety, certified lifeguards are on duty at all times.  Please obey lifeguards at all times.  Anyone who impersonates a Collinsville Aqua Park lifeguard will be removed from the facility immediately.  Staff reserves the right to ask patrons to discontinue use of the facility for safety reasons.
  26. No cameras or videos (other than that attached to your phone) allowed on park grounds.  Misuse of phone cameras and videos will result in immediate ban of the waterpark.
  27. Prolonged loitering in restrooms and locker rooms is not permitted.
  28. Management reserves the right to refuse entry. Guests causing a disturbance will be ejected without a refund.

 

Collinsville Aqua Park is operating at a 700 person capacity.  Once we hit that capacity, we will stop our ticket sales for the remainder of the day.  Season Pass Holders will still be allowed in the waterpark.   Check our Facebook Page for daily updates on capacity.
