Welcome to CCTV, the Government Access Channel for the City of Collinsville. The mission of CCTV is to make local government more accessible to Collinsville residents. By providing a direct link between local government and residents, CCTV hopes to inform and educate citizens on the functions of local government.

CCTV is broadcast on Spectrum (formerly Charter Communications), channel 993. (108.11 for digital flat screen TVs) and on AT&T U-Verse, channel 99.

CCTV strives to produce programming that is both educational and of the highest quality possible. These programs supply useful information about our community and inform residents about programs and services that are available through the City of Collinsville. Programming includes all City Council meetings as well as original programming.

CCTV also offers a video bulletin board service. This service makes available information on local events, dates of upcoming government meetings, holiday schedules for garbage service, street closings and detours for construction, water line breaks, public safety warnings and much more.

The programming and scheduling of the channel is supervised by the Cable Access Coordinator. Programming decisions are the exclusive right of the City of Collinsville. The City exclusively reserves the right to accept or reject outside programming.
