Responsibilities
The Park and Recreation Advisory Commission will advise the City Council on all parks and recreation matters in the City. The Commission will provide community guidance to the Parks and Recreation Department on various aspects of department operations including both programming and capital improvements to facilities as well as future needs for the community.
Meetings
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm at Activity Center located at 10 Gateway Drive, Collinsville, IL 62234.
Membership
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission Members are appointed to 3-year terms by the Mayor and with the consent of the City Council.
