The Warren Billhartz Collinsville Animal Shelter is the animal control and adoption shelter for the City of Collinsville. We are staffed by two full time animal control officers and many volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering just give us a call or stop by and see us to find out how.

The Collinsville Animal Shelter is open to the public for adoptions 7 days a week between the hours of 11 AM and 4 PM.  Please keep in mind we are a working animal control and sometimes the shelter has to be closed to the public during normal business hours.
