2023 Green Recognition Program – Call for Nominations!

In 2021, the City of Collinsville started a Green Recognition Program to spotlight businesses and organizations who have gone above and beyond to conserve resources, reduce environmental impacts, and establish sustainable practices in their daily operations. Last year we spotlighted the efforts at Dorris Intermediate School, DejaVu Kidz, and Old Herald Distillery & Brewery.

We are looking for nominations for 2023! In addition to businesses and organizations, this year we are widening the scope of nominees to include individuals! The nominees will be reviewed by the Collinsville Cool Cities Committee to review the overall sustainable efforts being made. Those making the biggest impact will be spotlighted by the city in a video, and the nominee making the biggest impact will be honored during the C3 Community Awards in November!
