Coaching information for Collinsville Youth Baseball and Softball Leagues

The success of our Collinsville Baseball and Softball Leagues relies on the community.  All coaches are volunteers. We greatly appreciate those who offer their time to help this program and our youth, grow successfully.  

All volunteers must be able to pass an annual background check required by the City to be eligible to volunteer.

All Volunteers complete all the requirements BEFORE they can participate

Individuals that would like to volunteer will be required to complete the following:

1. Complete an Annual Background Check with the City of Collinsville 
2. Complete a Volunteer Waiver Release and Indemnification Form required by the City of Collinsville
3. Commitment to Ethical Conduct required by the City of Collinsville
4. Complete the Mandated Reporter Training required by the City of Collinsville (Certificate Valid for 6 years) 
5. Complete the Guideline for Interacting with Minors required by the City of Collinsville
6. Complete online training for the CDC Concussion Protocol required by CBSL 

All Waivers and forms will be provided
