• To save you time - With ePACT, you only need to complete your child’s information once and update it as needed.
• Reduces risks associated with COVID-19- Collecting data electronically and checking members in /out using contactless methods reduces contact.
• For better security & privacy- ePACT's high encryption levels and commitment to security means your data on ePACT is safer than on paper

How it Works:

• You’ll receive an email invite to share information with Collinsville Parks and Recreation
• Click ‘Complete Request’ to create a free account, or log-in if you already have an existing ePACT account.
• Enter the required information, like medical conditions, and share it with Collinsville Parks and Recreation so that program staff have access.

It's a very simple process! You'll be sent a request for EACH child- click the "Complete Request" button, create an account and follow the prompts to share data with Collinsville Parks and Recreation. If you have more than one child attending, family data will automatically pre-fill-,saving you time!

We all have a lot of usernames and passwords to remember! And, sometimes customers mistakenly think they already have an ePACT account because they've registered their child in a camp or program using their City/YMCA/Park District's recreational management software system.

 **Please note ePACT is a different system than the system you used to register your child for programs and camps, your login information for ACTIVENet, RecTrac, RecDesk, Daxko, etc will not let you automatically log into ePACT**

Have you ever used ePACT before?

--> NO, I have never filled out an ePACT form before: 

If you have never created an ePACT account/never filled out an ePACT form, please click on the orange "Complete Request" button in the email you received and then click on the blue "CREATE ACCOUNT" button on the web page that opens up. This will walk you through creating your ePACT account and then you'll be able to provide the requested ePACT information.

--> YES, I have filled out an ePACT form before and really have just forgotten my ePACT password

If you have already created an ePACT account and are reconfirming your ePACT information, please click on the Retrieve Password link and then check your Spam or Junk folder for the password retrieval email - many times our spam filters catch up message of this nature!

Remember --> if you've never used ePACT nor created an ePACT account before, the password retrieval functionality will not work as there is not a password able to be retrieved.
