Attention Food Vendors:

Required Licensing and Registration

Valid Business License (Annual) with the City of Collinsville City of Collinsville Food and Beverage Tax Payment Madison County Health Department Annual Permit and receive inspection on day of event. St Clair County Food Establishment Permit Application State Requires all mobile food vendors to be registered with Illinois Department of Revenue.

If you sell food items through as a craft vendor, you are required to comply with Madison County’s Health requirements. There will need to be proof of certification from Madison County or a proper label on the food item if prepared in a home kitchen. 

The City of Collinsville requires any food vendors to collect and remit the appropriate taxes.
