2024 Private Rental Request 

 Beginning January 15, 2024

Thank you for your interest in Collinsville Aqua Park for your private rental. 

Collinsville Aqua Park is a City of Collinsville facility and a family-oriented waterpark. Our entire park is available to rent before or after hours for a fee per hour rented for large gatherings, groups, and events.* Renters can also request the availability of our full concession stand and/or alcohol packages during their booking for additional fees.

*Collinsville Aqua Park, as a City-owned and family-oriented facility, reserves the right to refuse rentals if they are inappropriate, illicit, or unwholesome in nature. If a reservation is booked under false pretenses, it is subject to cancellation without refund. All publications or promotions for rentals that include Collinsville Aqua Park (or the former, Splash City) should be done in a tasteful manner and approved by Collinsville Aqua Park. Any publications or promotions that are done without Collinsville Aqua Park’s knowledge and approval will be cause for immediate rental cancellation.

Additional Options:

 - Concession Stand: $100/hour (This cost is to staff the concession stand. Concessions items must be purchased.)

 - Basic Beer Sale Package: $10/person* for domestic canned beer only (Cost is for service only.  Guests will have to individually purchase all beer, and Staff reserves the right to card any person purchasing beer in accordance with State and Federal Laws.

 - Alcohol Sales: $250 Service Charge (This cost includes a certified bartender, set up, clean up, and all product required based on your selection below.  All alcohol must be purchased through our services. No outside alcohol is allowed on premises.)

 - Basic Alcohol Package: $14/person includes 2-3 hours of domestic beers and house wines

 - Select Alcohol Package: $22/person includes 2-3 hours of domestic and specialty beers, house wines, rail liquors

 - Cash Bar: 2-4 Hours- $300 minimum

 - Additional hour for Basic or Select package: $10/person*

*If more than 300 guests: Additional $13/person

Damage Deposit:

All private rentals require a refundable damage deposit of $250. Damage deposits will not be refunded if the renter has not left the facility by the specified time and/or facilities are not properly cleaned and returned to the condition they were found. This includes, but is not limited to, the proper disposal of trash, decorations, and event supplies/materials.
