2024 Birthday Party Reservation Request

Beginning January 31, 2024

Thank you for your interest in the Collinsville Aqua Park. Please complete this form and return it at least two weeks before the requested date. Please note that reservations are limited. Your requested date and time may not be available. Collinsville Aqua Park cannot guarantee admittance to parties that show up without an approved reservation. 

Birthday parties include 20 guests only—adults and children. If you have more than 20 attendees, the cost is an additional $20 per person. There will be a limit to 20 additional people per party (40 total). The birthday child is included in the initial guest count of 20. 

Parties must be paid in full at the time of the reservation. No reservations will be held without full payment.

Parties can be held between three different timeframes Monday through Thursday (12:30-2:00pm, 2:30-4:00pm, and 4:30-6:00pm) and two different timeframes Friday through Sunday (12:30-2:00pm and 2:30-4:00pm) in June or July.

*Collinsville Aqua Park will not offer Birthday Party Reservations on Memorial Day weekend or July 4.

A cake is not provided, but you are welcome to bring in your own sweet treats! Please note that we do not have refrigerator or freezer space to store your cake. Cupcakes are available for purchase through us if requested in advance - $30/20 cupcakes. Please bring your own plates and utensils for your desserts. Balloons, confetti, and streamers are not permitted.

Birthday Party Reservation Requests will open on January 31, 2024.

Due to the first come, first served nature of this service, we only accept reservation requests through the form below. Party requests made in-person or by phone call must be followed up with/accompanied by a completed form.
