2024 Group Reservation Request

Beginning January 15, 2024

Thank you for your interest in the Collinsville Aqua Park. Please complete the below form at least two weeks before your group's anticipated date of attendance. Please note that reservations are limited and your requested date may not be available. A Collinsville Aqua Park staff member will follow up to confirm your date(s) once your request is received.

Group reservations will be primarily available Monday - Friday from 12-3 PM from May 29 - August 9. You must have at least 20 in your group to receive group rates. If you have a group larger than 50 or wish to come on a day or time outside of the group reservation times, please email us at aquapark@collinsvilleil.org.

Any group interested in Group Reservations should ensure their group is in compliance with Collinsville Aqua Park's Ratio Requirement, which is at least 1 adult for every 8 children.

Chaperones at the above ratio, as well as bus drivers, will gain free admission into the Aqua Park. We welcome as many chaperones as you can bring. However, if the number is outside of the above ratio they must pay the group price. If the group is getting lunch and the “free” chaperones and bus drivers wish to eat, they can purchase the hot dog meal at $9 per person.

Group rates are applicable to groups of 20 or more. Groups are also welcome to upgrade to an admission and lunch bundle which includes a hot dog, small fountain soda, and chips which can be available as soon as 11:00 AM on the day of your visit.

Please note reservation dates must be during the regular summer season and must be preapproved by Collinsville Aqua Park staff. A Group Reservation Request is not valid until confirmed by a Collinsville Aqua Park staff member.

Groups that do not have pre-approved reservations will not be accommodated.
