The City of Collinsville Single Family Home Conversion Program provides income-based down payment assistance of up to $5,000 for any party seeking to convert a non-owner occupied single-family dwelling to an owner-occupied single-family dwelling.  Eligible dwellings must have been registered with the City via the Landlord License Program for at least two (2) years and must be located within the corporate limits of the City of Collinsville. Median Area Income (MAI) is used to determine the required buyer contribution level.
