The Community Appearance Board sponsors the Yard of the Month Contest during the months of May – September. The contest encourages yard maintenance and beautification, and recognizes those property owners who demonstrate a clear and consistent desire to maintain or improve their property above normal expectations. 

1st Place Winners receive a gift certificate to Creekside Gardens and recognition by the Mayor. First Place Winners are automatically entered into the Yard of the Year Contest in October of each year.

2nd Place Winners receive honorable recognition by the Mayor.
