The C3 Hometown Hero Veteran Award has been established to honor a local veteran or fallen service member of the US Armed Forces. We are proud to recognize and pay tribute to our local veterans.

The nominee must be or have been a Collinsville resident.

The Hometown Hero Veteran Award is presented at the 2024 C3 Collinsville Community Awards Banquet. The City of Collinsville in partnership with the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce and Unit 10 School District will host the Annual C3 Community Awards Banquet on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Gateway Convention Center located at One Gateway Drive, Collinsville, Illinois.

 Notification Process:

• Once all nominations have been received, the C3 committee will review the nominations and select one recipient.

Nomination Deadline is Midnight on October 31^st, 2024.
