2024 NOMINATIONS

1. Nominations should be based upon the quality of duty performance during calendar year 2024 as well as on the overall standard of character and conduct exhibited both on and off duty.
2. Nominee should be an outstanding professional police officer and highly responsible citizen of the Collinsville community.There is no limitation on officer’s rank, etc.
3. The following general criteria should not be considered as all-inclusive and is provided for general guidance only.

- High daily standards of duty performance and professionalism

- Acts of heroism, bravery and courtesy.

- Involvement in community services, both on and off duty.

- A high order of integrity and responsiveness to department policy, orders and directives.

- A constructive attitude.

- Actions taken to improve capabilities as a police officer.

- A good personal appearance.
