Recognizing Outstanding City Employees
GENERAL INFORMATION
The City of Collinsville is seeking nominations for the 2024 Outstanding City Employee Award, which recognizes employees for exemplary performance and contributions that go above and beyond job requirements.
Nominations may be made for superior performance and/or contribution by a co-worker involving activities such as: internal or external customer service, cost savings, productivity/work processes, or outstanding citizenship.
Criteria for determining outstanding performance include:
• Demonstrated strong leadership and a high level of commitment to the City and its residents.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service to the public and/or fellow employees.
• Developed an innovative or creative solution to a problem.
• Made superior contribution to the success of a project, completing work on time and within budget.
• Donated significant time to activities that benefit the Collinsville community. Encouraged and valued community involvement.
• Consistently contributed to better City operations.

- Recipients selected for an award will be notified by phone and/or email by a date to be announced
