Sustainability Series-Start a Three Sisters Garden (1) Join the University of Illinois Extension Master Gardners to learn how to grow a Three Sisters Garden! This is an intercropping method when beans, corn, and squash are grown together. With these crops growing together, soil is enriched, weeds are reduced, and the plants support each other.
