Learn the basics of how to tap a maple tree! We'll discuss the equipment that's needed to extract sap from the tree, the weather conditions that are ideal for the process and how to avoid damaging the tree when collecting sap. We'll also talk about what to do with your sap once it's extracted and how to transform it into maple syrup.
