Water Aerobics - Wednesdays

  • Join the fun to focus on muscle conditioning and cardiovascular fitness.  This class is suitable for both men and women with all levels of fitness.  Swimming ability is not required. 
  • Min class size is 5; Max class size is 20; 16+
  • Dates/Time:
    •  Wednesday evenings in June and July from 7:45-8:30 PM
    • Friday mornings in June and July 10-10:45 AM
    • Registration Requirements/Pricing: Pre-Registration Required
    • Drop-Ins accepted if not full.  Must call ahead to ensure class is still running and accepting walk ins. - $10/session and pay when you arrive.
