This recreational league is designed for children in 3rd and 4th grades for the upcoming school year. CBSL is a non-competitive, safe approach to teaching the fundamentals of the game of baseball. Players will begin pitching in this division.

Practices and Games for this division will be scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Practices start April 1^st, 2023. Games start the last week of April/first week of May.  Teams are scheduled 14 games (12 games guaranteed). CBSL End of the Season Party and final league games will conclude the season on Saturday, June 24^th, 2023. More information will be available online throughout the season.

All participants will receive a team uniform shirt and hat.  Players will need their own glove.  Collinsville Parks and Recreation will provide bats, balls, batting helmets, and catching equipment.  Players are welcome to purchase and use their own equipment. Boys must wear protective cup. Molded rubber cleats are recommended however sneakers are allowed.
