Enjoy a low-impact workout while walking in the Lazy River! Join others for a quiet walk, with or against the current to customize your workout. Water Walking increases your blood flow and warms your muscles and joints. An easy-going exercise for those who enjoy the outdoors. All walkers must walk in the same direction. Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Min class size is 5; Max class size is 20.Swim shoes recommended.
Children will not be allowed in the water park during this program. No childcare will be provided during River Walking.
There will be one lifeguard on duty during River Walking, but please use caution when participating in River Walking.
Do not enter the Lazy River until instructed to do so by a staff member.
No tubes will be allowed in the water during River Walking.
No splashing or horseplay will be permitted.
