INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Collinsville Aqua Park will be open daily, weather pending. The Aqua Park MUST close in the case of inclement weather. When lightning is within a 10-mile radius or thunder is heard, the Aqua Park will undergo a weather delay. This means that the pools will be evacuated for 30 minutes. If the lightning has moved outside a 10-mile radius and no further thunder is heard during the delay, normal operations will resume. The Aqua Park will stay on weather delay up to ONE HOUR before officially closing. During a weather delay, guests can leave and return to the park after the delay is over with their daily wristband. If the Aqua Park closes before 4:00pm due to inclement weather, rain checks will be issued to guests. No rain checks are given after 4:00pm. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

The Aqua Park will not open if the air or water temperature is below 70o F. The Aqua Park reserves the right to close early due to low attendance.
