You can submit the completed registration form and coloring page electronically to parks@collinsvilleil.org.
Submissions will be posted on the “City of Collinsville Parks and Recreation” Facebook Page on Monday, December 14 under four different age groups: 0-3, 4-7, 8-11, and 12-15.
Voting on Facebook will begin on Monday, December 14 and end on Sunday, December 20 at 6pm.
“Votes” will consist of the number of overall reactions (“Likes”, “Loves”, “Cares”, etc.) on each picture. This does not include comments.
The entry with the most “Votes” in each age group at 6pm on Sunday, December 20th will win a prize basket that is sponsored by The Countertop Shop. Each prize basket is valued at $50.
Winners will be announced on Monday, December 21.
SUBMISSIONS:
One submission per child;
The submission must be the sole work of the child;
Submission must not contain brand names, trademarks or inappropriate messages or language;
By submitting a completed registration form and coloring page, you are granting the City of Collinsville Parks and Recreation the right to post your child’s artwork and first name on our Facebook Page.
